At Viper Archers, we believe archery is more than just a sport—it’s a community, a discipline, and a passion. Whether you are picking up a bow for the first time or you are a seasoned competitive archer, our club provides the perfect environment to hone your skills and find your focus.

Our Story & Heritage

Viper Archers was formed and created back in 2018 by Chris Hadden & Geoff Smith. There is no praise or description that could credit them for what they achieved or created in the 6 years that they ran the club. Viper Archers quickly became recognised as one of the greatest clubs in the country and secured itself on every archer's favourite club list or hit list for clubs to visit.

When the lads broke the news that they were moving on to begin a new project, it shook the Archery community throughout the North East. Luckily, a trio of archers stepped up to take the reins and to ensure that the monument that is VIPER continues for years to come.

Our mission is to uphold the prestigious reputation established by our founders while evolving to meet the needs of the modern archer. We aim to foster a culture of inclusivity, excellence, and sportsmanship.

Practice  Range - A well-maintained space allowing for consistent practice regardless of the archers abilities.

3D Range  - An unrivalled 40 target course, with shots ranging from  to 55 yards in distance.

Equipment for beginner archers - High-quality kit available for beginners and those transitioning between bow types.

Coaching - Regular sessions led by experienced archers dedicated to refining your technique.
